There's one stupidly simple habit I follow. This habit has helped lose fat, without tracking a thing. Without tracking calories. Without watching what I eat. Without analyzing everything I put on my plate. And the habit is to simply eat only when you're hungry. The thing is, most people eat whenever they feel like it. When they watch TV. When they're bored. Or when they're just after the next dopamine hit. And this type of eating leads to overeating. Which leads to massive gain in fat mass. So here's what you can do. Next time you're about to eat, ask yourself: Am I eating because I'm hungry or is it for some other reason? It's incredible honestly. You can get in great shape just by listening to your body. When you're hungry, eat. When you're not, don't eat, go do something else. One other thing to keep in mind: Don't eat until you're completely stuffed. Eat until you're comfortably full. 8/10 on the fullness scale. Don't overthink this. And the best thing, you don't need to cut out any foods. You can still eat what you like. Just be mindful. If you add tons of oil and overeat different sauces, it's gonna be hard. Even if you only eat when hungry. So from now:
