I got sucked into the degenerate lifestyle very early on.
I lit my first cigarette at the age of 15, weed at 16 and driving without a license at 17. (Got caught)
From the age of 16-17 I spent the majority of my weekends drinking slowly but surely killing my health.
I didn't sleep much, fell ill every 2 weeks and did absolutely nothing productive with my life.
My life was heading downhill faster than a Ferrari on a racetrack. The root of my problems were bad habits.
Show me your habits and I will show you your future.
Right now, if you were to describe me your daily habits, I could tell you where your life is heading.
Habits were the difference between me and the people I wanted to be like. The main problem was, I wasn’t aware of my bad habits or maybe I didn’t want to be…
Anyway, a couple of months later I stumbled across a YouTube video raising my awareness on the topic of bad habits. My life completely changed after that…
I stopped falling ill so often, I started enjoying simple activities like walking/reading/working/training and the relationship between me and my family improved drastically.
And it was only possible because I got rid of these 5 bad habits...
1/ Hanging around with the wrong people
Most of my bad habits like smoking, drinking and degenerate activities in general included my ‘friends’.
I never did those things when I was alone. I never did weed by myself, I only did it when my friends were around.
And no, I’m not blaming them. I’m blaming myself for not leaving them sooner and I’m raising your awareness on this problem.
In my case, none of us were actually friends, we were just addicted to the same destructive habit which brought us together.
Surround yourself with people you want to be like. If you don’t know any individuals like this in real life, the internet is your solution.
Who are the people you want to be like?
Dive into their content, read their books, adopt their worldview…
The first book I read was from David Goggins.
The first self-improvement video I watched was from Hamza.
The first one-person business video I watched was from Dan Koe
If you do what mediocre people do, you will get mediocre results. So don’t do what mediocre people do.
2/ Not questioning anything
Too many people adopt beliefs and entire worldviews without ever questioning it. If someone told you to jump off a cliff, you wouldn’t do it. Why?
You question it… Oh, because I’d probably hurt myself. Apply it to your everyday life.
If your parents tell you that it is only possible to succeed with a college degree, question why. Why do my parents think that? Do not just take their advice as LAW and never think about it again.
3/ Hunting cheap dopamine
The biggest problem with constantly indulging in cheap dopamine is that simple things become BORING.
Activities like:
Make activities like:
Meaningless and ‘boring’.
And it goes deeper and deeper. Soon you will be so dependent on these cheap dopamine activities that you can’t even take a shit without scrolling TikTok.
I have been there and trust me, you can’t enjoy life when you are like this.
Massively reduce the amount of time you spend indulging in cheap dopamine.
4/ Not moving enough
Health is the most important thing you have. Don’t believe me? What is the first thing you want when you are sick? You want your health back.
Movement and diet is what makes and keeps you healthy. Today we will talk about movement.
There are mainly 2 physical activities I do: lifting weights and walking.
Let’s talk about walking. If you’re a creator, you write and create stuff online...Then walking should be a part of your daily routine.
Not only is walking good for your mind and body, it is a real idea generation machine. I go on 3-5 walks every day.
Walking keeps my head clear, ideas flowing and increases dopamine in my brain. (Dopamine is what makes you feel good, basically.)
What some people can only get from weed and watching porn, I get from reading and walking.
It is your job to choose the right sources of dopamine.
5/ Having no mission
The main reason people indulge in degenerate activities is because they literally have noting better to do.
They have no mission, nothing to work for, nothing to live for.
So naturally, they gravitate towards the ‘easiest’ things. Cheap sex, cheap food, cheap dopamine, cheap everything.
YOU need a mission.
It doesn’t have to be anything crazy, just something meaningful you can work for.
Freedom?
Beautiful family?
Being your own boss?
A mission is like a light in the dark, it guides your actions towards that goal. If there is no goal, naturally you will choose the ‘easiest’ path. (The ‘easiest’ path is the fastest path to nowhere)
Find yourself a mission and start working for it.
That's it from me today, I hope you enjoyed the letter.

Evidence-based advice getting you leaner, more muscular and healthier.
Getting in shape was hard. Some days I felt: exhausted Uninspired Unmotivated But guess what? That didn’t stop me. Why? I didn’t let a bad day turn into a bad week. Or a bad week turn into a bad month. There were days I didn’t stick to my diet. There were days I missed my workout. My brain:“You messed up today, perfect week lost, you can let loose now” Don’t give into this. Remember… Progress over perfection. It’s okay to make mistakes along the way. Perfection is overrated. A bad day doesn’t...
There's one stupidly simple habit I follow. This habit has helped lose fat, without tracking a thing. Without tracking calories. Without watching what I eat. Without analyzing everything I put on my plate. And the habit is to simply eat only when you're hungry. The thing is, most people eat whenever they feel like it. When they watch TV. When they're bored. Or when they're just after the next dopamine hit. And this type of eating leads to overeating. Which leads to massive gain in fat mass....
Getting lean has been one of my goals for a long time alongside building muscle. Here's me 6 months ago: December 7th And here's me today: Not only did I lose a lot of fat, I've also gained an impressive amount of muscle. Today we'll mostly focus on fat loss and some general principles of retaining muscle while trying to lose fat. To lose fat, we first need to understand how fat loss works. How fat loss works? Fat loss is driven by energy deficit. You need to burn more calories than you...
